wibblers brewery - Phil wilcox
ALEPINE IS BREWED UNDER THE WATCH OF HEAD BREWER PHIL WILCOX AT WIBBLERS BREWERY - partners of alepine since establishment.
PHIL AND THE BREW TEAM FOCUS SOLELY ON THE PRODUCT WITHIN THE PACKAGING -ENSURING IT IS NOT ONLY A BEER OF EXCEPTIONAL QUALITY, BUT ALSO 100% CONSISTENT IN TASTE, FLAVOUR AND look FROM BREW TO BREW IN BOTH KEGS AND BOTTLES. if alepine had a middle name it would be 'consistency'
The Wilcox family (Abby Phil's wife runs the show outside of the brewhouse (controversial but probably true...)) enjoy Cornish holidays and are forever hosting brewery tours and parties alongside the traditional and more progressive beer festivals that make up a lot of the brewers calendar.
founder / manager
david takes a few things moderately seriously and beer is one of them. skiing is another. and not having great beer on the slopes of the alps annoyed david so much that he got together with wibblers to create alepine. a lover of the mountains, food, drink, and the countryside (as he points out a game of cricket combines all of the above)... david runs alepine, working with production at wibblers and then the distributers and clients directly himself to help with marketing materials (with help from the guys below) and training of bar staff. he is often on the road (trying to get more on the piste) but always keen for a chin wag and a beer.
Aussie Jeff is new to alepine - having quit the rat race in the city, he is now working on alepine overseeing all business development and brand development. Jeff has worked previously as a farrier, marine biologist, insurance underwriting, online retail business as well as the australian wine industry which is obviously a great asset for working with alepine! Jeff says that his origins as a farmer back home was where he really found his work ethic, developed values and without doubt this shows - he radiates honesty and integrity which is what alepine is all about.

One of the founders of timbergram (the original wooden postcard prints) marcus is a leading designer for tv and film sets. he has a workshop full of toys for making up the alepine signage and marketing materials. marcus is a prince of east london and so is not only valuable to alepine for his skills and equipment but also his pallet for hoppy beer and knowing what is what with start ups and growing small businesses.
